Nine lost, spent years in Australia, but the high life here, all concrete and tin, sans emotions, still scares and evokes nostalgic feelings in me. However, I retained enough strength to dig in my heels and carry on with my personal and professional commitments. No doubt, friends are always around, but my real strength, my real support system, was my family in India. But, life has to move on. I keep seeking ways to communicate with them.
